This is going to be a pretty big update, so sit back, relax, and grab some popcorn, hopefully I can make it interesting for all you!  xD

First off, all attending members of SSBK had a BLAST at Fannatiku this year, and we'd like to formally thank all staff and those involved for being so fantastic and making it such a wonderful con!    We will most certainly be returning next year, and as many years after as it is run!

Secondly, one member of our group won a substantially notable prize... BEST IN SHOW!!  Congratulations to *L-Lamperouge and her hard work on her Legend of Zelda group!!  We're all very proud of her and her accomplishment~  >w<    Go and see the shots of her amazing group on her page!  --->  [link]

Now, onto future plans of the Sparky Sparky Boom Kids... currently, two of our number are planning on going to Japan this summer, which will cut into a major con that we all normally attend, however, three of us will still be going to Anime Expo this year!  We will not be having an Artist Alley booth there this year, though, and all cosplay plans are subject to the desires of those three individuals.  x3  We have been talking about trying to get to Nan Desu Kan this year in September, and maybe Anime Vegas later in the year, but neither of these are set in stone.  Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for us regarding these two cons?  :3

We are definitely going to be present at the Nihon Matsuri Festival in April in downtown SLC, and we will most certainly be attending Anime Banzai this year once again, and perhaps get an AA booth there, permitting they don't pull anything like they did last year.  :3  Plans are subject to change, but there's the general layout of things for now!  xD


Also, regarding the Artist's Alley, we have all been considering posting up some pictures of our merchandise to possibly sell online when we can't make it to conventions.  Might anyone be interested to see that?  There was also talk of a possible etsy shop, does anyone have any comments on selling on etsy?  Any and all comments regarding this subject are very much appreciated!


And last, but certainly not least.... we have two new official members to Sparky Sparky Boom Kids!!

Welcome them both with warmth and hugs, and they shall be taking part in our coming projects!    We're hoping to have several videos done before the summer, and there will be all sorts of nonsense taking place, so brace yourselves for insanity and keep a weather eye out for entertainment as we plunge further into 2012!!~
